最可怕的酒店！需要我们自己写下所有人的私人信息（包括未成年孩子），没有理由，态度强硬像是审犯人，并公开我们的私人信息在餐厅公共桌面上（我们外出几小时回来才发现！）窗前有不显眼的台阶，每次会摔跤，见我们辛苦拎行李上石阶走前门，也不告诉有后门可避免爬石阶！晚上锁门也不通知或留字条，害得几家人在外摸黑寻找方法！

This is the worst hotel in our European trip. When we arrived, the clerk asked for every member’s name and birth date. She also wanted our address. I asked her why do I need to furnish our birth dates and she could not explain except in broken English, she said it has to be noted in a card. I asked if it was a requirement of the Swiss government but she could not confirm. So to appease her, I just gave her my birth date since the credit card is in my name and I thought they need to verify it. We got the key and went to our room. Then when we came down, I was met by a big 250 pound guy who demanded in heavy German accent that I give him every member’s birth date to him. Again, I asked if it was required by the Swiss government but he sternly and impatiently demanded that I give him the information he wanted. He said to write it down on a piece of paper and not wanting to cause a scene, I finally obliged. Shish! What arrogant and demanding person this jerk was. We went out go get some groceries and when we came back, our birth dates on that piece of paper was still lying on the counter for everyone to see. Never in my life have I ever seen hotel personnel demanding birth dates of every guest. Then we went out for dinner and did some window shopping. When we came back at 10:30 PM, the place was pitch black without a single light. We made our way to the front door but our key could not open the lock. And this moment, my thoughts were to call the police and report that we had been locked out. At this second, a car quickly pulled up and a woman asked me if her family can get in with us since they left their keys in the room and have no way of getting in (that was a blessing otherwise my family would have to sleep with the horses in the barn). All these happened in total darkness. The only light came from my smartphone. She told me that we have to go thru the side entrance.

早餐不错，环境很好，适合自驾游

位置好，风景棒，房间带阳台，非常漂亮舒适

住了两天都没法连上wifi

和介绍内容一样，环境好，房间较舒适。早餐较丰富。

没有不满意的。
